A: Naturally every person is different, and face shapes and sizes differ from person to person which is why we offer a number of different sizes in our eyewear collection. All sizes of glasses are displayed on the site and the numbers are shown in millimeters XX / YY/ ZZ.

Q: How can I tell which size RX frames or designer sunglasses I need to buy?

Q: What do I do if the pair of designer glasses is out of stock?

A: Sometimes our fashion eyewear for men and women sell like hotcakes making it more difficult to get your hands on them. If you have your heart set on a pair and then discover that they’re out of stock, it’s not a problem. Our checkout system will notify you that the pair of designer frames is currently unavailable and it will allow you to place a pre-order so you can order a pair when they are restocked. We’ll request a pre-authorization on your card, however, you won’t be charged until your order’s dispatched. When making such an order, it’s always better to use a credit card. When your desired pair of designer sunglasses is in stock again, you’ll be notified of a lead time which is usually between 5-10 working days.

Q: What kind of payments can I make?

Q: Will I be charged a sales tax?

A: For all eyewear orders shipped to NY State, we’re required by law to charge and collect a sales tax. If this relates to you, all of the necessary charges will be added to the final total of your purchase and displayed on an order confirmation page.

Q: Does accept international Credit Cards for payment?

A: Yes, it’s possible to make your payment using an international credit card; however, we can only ship the ordered items to a postal address that has been registered with the Credit Card Company. Please note for your card to be recognized, it must have a small logo on it from one of the following major Credit Card Companies - Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

For your own safety, some International Credit Cards may require further verification before the purchase is processed depending on your bank. If this is required by us, our Credit Card processing department will be in contact with you immediately and inform you about the next steps.

Q: On your website it states that postage of eyewear is free on orders over $150; is that true?

A: Yes, in the US all shipping on orders over $150, is free; however, this does exclude Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US territories.

If you wish to refund a product bought by using the FREE shipping offer, we will subtract $9.99 from the refunded amount to cover previous shipping costs.
