We stand behind our product and guarantee Authenticity 100%. All eyewear sold on eyewearconnection.com are accompanied by original designer cases, inserts, cleaning cloth and other accessories that might be provided by the designer / manufacturer.
Q. How do I read the size of the glasses?
A. We display eyewear size for every pair we sell.
It is shown in mm: XX / YY / ZZ.
Where XX is the measurement of each lens across, YY is a measurement of the bridge and ZZ is a measurement of the temple (arm).
Q. How do I know which size of the Rx frames or sunglasses I need?
A. As a guideline use measurement from the sunglasses or eyeglasses you already own.

It is best to try on the frame or sunglasses and to make sure they are exactly what you want and they fit.
Q. You are out of stock on the item that I would like to purchase. What do I do?
A. We are very sorry that we do not have the item that you need. However our checkout system will allow you to place a pre-order even if the item is not on-hand but re-orderable.
Your card will be pre-authorized and never charged until order is shipped. It is best to use a credit card for this type of orders.
We will notify you of a lead time (usually 5-10 business days).
Q. What type of payments do you accept?
A. We currently accept the following types of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout, Checkout by Amazon, Paypal.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York. If you are shipping to New York, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on order confirmation screen.
Q. Do you accept international Credit Cards?
A. Yes we do accept international credit cards but we can only ship to an address registered as a with a Credit Card Company. Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
Orders placed with the use of an International Credit Card may be subject to additional verification procedure and you may be asked to provide extra documentation. Our Credit Card processing department will contact you if needed (it is important to provide an accurate contact information – phone number and e-mail).
Q. Is Shipping Really Free?
A. Shipping within continental USA is FREE on all orders. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories.
Please note FREE shipping is not valid for exchanges.
If you are returning a product for refund we will subtract $9.99 from the amount to be refunded if you took advantage of a FREE shipping offer.
