We understand that shopping online for eyewear can be challenging. Our return process is easy and customer friendly.
Please follow these easy steps:
1) Upon accepting a delivery please makes sure that there is no visible damage to the outer packaging. Do not accept a delivery if damage is visible – reject it and contact us immediately.
2) Once your glasses safely arrive – please take a moment to inspect a content of the package: glasses, case, box if present, inserts and cleaning cloth. Concerns? Let us know ASAP.
3) Are they a keeper? We hope so… If you are not happy with your purchase – we are sad to hear this. However we promise to work with you until a perfect “pair” is found.
Please do not wear glasses until you are sure they are staying with you. Important! Do not remove a white or yellow security label attached to the frame. Once it is removed – glasses become your property and can not be returned or exchanged. You have 15 days of delivery date to make a decision.
4) To ensure a fast and easy refund/exchange transaction, please be sure that you have notified us about your return and obtained return instructions prior to sending the item(s) back to us. Our receiving facility will refuse all unauthorized returns. You will be provided a link to proceed with your return. Please be sure that the RA# is visible on the outer packaging and the packing list is in the return package.
5) Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns; therefore, for your protection, we strongly suggest that you fully insure the package and use a traceable method of shipping which includes a tracking number.
6) All returns and exchanges are processed within 5 - 7 business days. Credit will be given on all returns for the original purchase amount. Shipping fees are not subject to credit. If you took advantage of a FREE Shipping Offer $9.99 will be deducted from credit amount.
7) For correct merchandise received by the customer in good order, Eyewearconnection will charge a 15% restocking fee for returns for refund. If all original product packaging is not returned a 30% restocking fee will be incurred.
8) Certain brands, special order merchandise and made to order (RX) eyewear is not returnable.
9) All sunglasses and eyeglass frames are eligible for a one-time product exchange within 15 days of the original ship date. There is no restocking fee for exchanges. Free Shipping Offer is not valid for exchanges.
After 15 days, all items are no longer eligible for return or exchange. A return shipping cost is associated for all exchanges.
