Returns & Replacements
When you accept your delivery of your branded eyewear, please check the package thoroughly to ensure that there’s no damage to the item’s outer packaging. If you do notice visible damage, please do not accept it. In such circumstances, reject the delivery and be sure to contact our customer services team immediately to inform them of the situation.


When your designer eyewear arrives, it’s really exciting and all you want to do is to rip it out of its box and try them on, but before you do so please take a little bit of extra time to inspect the contents of the entire package including the fashion glasses, case, box, cleaning cloth and inserts. If you’ve got any concerns or you feel like something’s amiss, contact our customer services department ASAP.


Are your fashion frames and eyewear accessories up to scratch? We sure hope so, but if for some reason you’re not 100% happy with what you’ve purchased, we have your back and we’ll work closely with you and offer you our personal assistance until you find that perfect “pair” of glasses. We would love it if you don’t wear your glasses until you know that you want to keep them. Please note that if you’re not entirely sure about your great pair of designer glasses, don’t remove the yellow or white security sticker /label that’s been attached to the frame of the glasses. Once you’ve removed this, the glasses automatically become your property and it’s impossible to send them back to be returned or exchanged for another pair. From the time you receive them, you’ve got a total of 15 days to make that decision whether you want to keep them or not.


To make sure your refund or exchange goes smoothly and quickly, please notify us about your required needs prior to sending your item back. Any item that is considered to be an ‘unauthorized return’ will be returned back to the sender which will make the process longer and more complicated. Upon notifying us, you’ll be provided with a link via email regarding your return or exchange. When you do return your item, please be sure to make your RA number clear on the outer packaging and also include the packing list in the package.


When returning an item to us, it is the customer who is responsible for the shipping which is why we always suggest that you insure the package to the full amount and use a tracking number.


All our returns and exchanges will be processed between 5-7 working days, Monday-Friday. After it has been processed your account will be credited with the original purchase price. Please note that shipping fees are not included with this credit and if you used the FREE shipping method when receiving your designer glasses, $9.99 will be subtracted from the credited amount to cover initial shipping costs.


Please note that special offers, certain brands and special orders concerning RX eyewear are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Within 15 days of the shipping date, all designer sunglasses and branded eyeglass frames are eligible for a one-time exchange. When an item is exchanged, the customer does not incur the restocking fee. We regret to inform you that if you wish to exchange an item, we cannot offer you the FREE shipping service and the customer will be charged additional shipping fees.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

It’s possible to make your payment using an international credit card; however, we can only ship the ordered items to a postal address that has been registered with the Credit Card Company. For your own safety, some International Credit Cards may require further verification before the purchase is processed depending on your bank. If this is required by us, our Credit Card processing department will be in contact with you immediately and inform you about the next steps.
