Return Policy


Few important things to keep in mind at the time of delivery:

  • When you accept the delivery, please check the package thoroughly to ensure that there’s no damage to the outer packaging. If you do notice visible damage, reject the delivery and be sure to contact our customer services team immediately to inform them of the situation.
  • When you open the package, take a little bit of extra time to inspect the contents of the entire package including the eyewear, case, box, cleaning cloth and inserts. If you’ve got any concerns or you feel like something’s amiss, contact our customer services department ASAP.
  • Keep the security tag on. We ask that you don’t wear your glasses until you know that you are sure that you want to keep them and don’t remove the yellow or white security sticker /label that’s been attached to the frame of the glasses. Once you’ve removed the tag, we are unable to accept the return and the glasses automatically become your property. You have 30 days to make the decision from the time you receive the package.

  • Contact us before returning to make sure that your refund or exchange goes smoothly. Any item that is considered to be an ‘unauthorized return’ will be returned back to the sender. When you do return your item, please be sure to make your RA number clear on the outer packaging and also include the packing slip in the package.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping back. We always suggest that you insure the package to the full amount and use a tracking number.
  • Returns/Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday).  After it has been processed your account will be credited with the original purchase price. Please note that shipping fees are not included with this credit. If you used the FREE shipping method when receiving your designer glasses, $9.99 will be subtracted from the credited amount to cover the initial shipping costs.
  • No Restocking Fee. The eyewear presented for refund or exchange has to be in the original, brand new condition with all the original packaging including designer’s case, paperwork and cleaning cloth. In the event that the glasses appear used or missing a security tag return/ exchange may be refused and shipped back to the customer. In the event that the packaging components are missing the customer will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the original price.
  • Custom RX Eyewear (with prescription lenses), Clearance Items and Special Order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
